中文摘要:利用静力天平、SEM与ImageJ, 对比研究了不同浸渍剂对采用负压液相浸渍法制备抗侵蚀、 防渗漏铝合金铸造电磁泵用碳化硅耐火材料表面致密化效果的影响。结果表明:采用纳米SiO2与Ca3(PO4)2 、AlPO4饱和溶液混合作为浸渍剂联合浸渍可以得到最佳表面致密化效果的碳化硅材料,其表面孔隙率由9.3%降为0.1%、表面最大孔径由182 μm降为3.8 μm,吸水率由11.15%降为1.89%。
英文摘要:To solve the molten seepage destruction problem of electromagnetic pump with SiC refractory, the effect of impregnating agent on the surface densification of SiC refractory in aluminum casting electromagnetic pump under negative pressure liquid impregnation technology was discussed by static balance, SEM and ImageJ. The results show that the surface densification of SiC refractory has the best effect when impregnating with nano-SiO2 and Ca3(PO4)2, AlPO4 mixed saturated solution. The superficial porosity ratio reduces from 9.3 % to 0.1 %, the superficial biggest aperture from 182 μm to 3.8 μm and the water absorption ratio from 11.15 % to 1.89 %.
