中文摘要:传统的板材成形工艺由于过多依赖于模具、缺乏柔性正面临巨大的挑战,而板材单点数控渐进成形是近几年来国际上刚刚开始研究的一种新工艺,具有柔性高,产品的尺寸与形状变化容易的优点。根据对板材单点数控渐进成形工艺的研究, 分析了各参数对成形质量的影响,提出了单点数控渐进成形轨迹设计的基本原则, 并主要分析了回弹缺陷的补偿方法,通过工艺试验和数值模拟技术验证了回弹补偿方法的可行性,对板材单点数控渐进成形技术应用与实际生产具有较强的实用价值。
英文摘要:The traditional sheet metal forming process relies too much on die and mold, as a result of the lack of flexibility, it faces enormous challenges. The single-point NC incremental sheet forming is a promising new technology in international in recent years, which has high flexibility and it is very easy to change the size and shape of the product. Through analysis of single-point NC incremental sheet forming, the influence of various parameters on the forming quality was discussed, and the basic principles of the design trajectory were pointed out, and the compensation of springback defects was mainly concerned. Through experiments, the feasibility of the numerical simulation in compensating the springback was validated. All above have a strong practical value on using the single point NC incremental sheet forming technology in actual production.
