中文摘要:在400 ℃对AZ80镁合金进行了平面压缩,研究了变形次数对其组织与性能的影响。结果表明,AZ80镁合金在变形过程中发生了动态再结晶,塑性变形可以显著细化AZ80镁合金的显微组织。相同热处理状态下,变形次数越多,晶粒尺寸越细小,硬度越高;在相同变形次数下,T6热处理状态比T5热处理状态晶粒大,但硬度高。
英文摘要:AZ80 magnesium alloy was deformed in plane compression at 400 ℃, the influences of deforming times on microstructure and property of the alloy were studied. The results show that dynamic recrystallization occurs during deformation. The microstructure of the alloy effectively refines after deformation. Under the same heat treatment conditions, the grains become finer and the hardness obviously enhances with the increase of deforming times. The heat treatment has an effect on the microstructure and property of the alloy. With the same deforming times, the grains are bigger in T6 conditions than those in T5, but the hardness is higher.
