中文摘要:从现场生产的横向伸长率不合格钢板中取样,进行了夹杂物检验和金相检验,并用扫描电镜对拉伸断口进行观察和分析。结果表明,铸坯凝固过程中的偏析导致的低温转变组织和分布于其中硫化物,以及在试样中发现的不良组织是引发伸长率不合格的三个重要原因。并且根据现场生产条件提出了工艺优化建议,试生产后,钢板横向伸长率得到了明显提高。
英文摘要:The metallurgical in elusions of a sample taking from the steel plates with incompetent transverse was checked, and the morphology of the tensile fracture was observed by SEM. The results show that the precipitations of the casting plate during solidification process result in the appearance of the low-temperature transformation microstructure, sulfide distributes in the above microstructure and the widmanstatten ferrite generates in the center of the plate, which cause elongation incompetent. Finally, several optimization processes are proposed and proved by practical production, that is, the elongation of SS400 plate obviously improves.
