中文摘要:采用双真空冶炼、快锻机以及锻造成型工艺,成功地制备了新型耐蠕变马氏体不锈钢1Cr10Co6MoVNbN。结果表明:抚顺特钢的生产工艺合理可行,钢的内在冶金质量优良,淬回火状态下组织均匀、稳定,具有良好的热强性、抗蠕变及热稳定性,低的缺口敏感性和良好的塑韧性,可满足航空用材的要求。
英文摘要:Adopting double vacuum smelting process, quick-forging machine and forging crafts, a new creep-resistance martensitic stainless steel 1Cr10Co6MoVNbN was successfully prepared. The results show that the production crafts of fushun special steel are reasonable and feasible, the steel has good interior metallurgic quality, and the microstructure is even and stable under quenched and tempered condition. The steel achieves good hot strengthening creep-resistance and pyrolytic property, low notch susceptibility, fine plasticity and toughness, it can meet the requirements of aviation materials.
