中文摘要:采用铜模吸铸法制备?准2 mm的Ce70Al10Cu20、Ce69Al10Cu20Co1和Ce69Al10Cu20Ag1合金棒材。利用X 射线衍射(XRD)、示差扫描量热法(DSC)和纳米压痕法(Nanoindentation)研究添加元素Ag、 Co对Ce基非晶合金形成能力、热稳定性及室温变形行为的影响。结果表明,添加Ag、Co能显著提高Ce基非晶合金的玻璃形成能力和热稳定性能。Ce70Al10Cu20和Ce69Al10Cu20Ag1合金在高加载速率下出现锯齿流变;而Ce69Al10Cu20Co1合金在实验加载速率下表现为连续塑性变形。此外,三种Ce基非晶合金在压痕保载段均出现明显的蠕变现象且蠕变量随加载速率增加而增大。
英文摘要:The Ce-based bulk amorphous alloys with ?准2 mm were prepared by copper mould method suction casting. The glass-forming ability, thermal stability and deformation behavior of Ce-based bulk amorphous alloys were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and nano-indentation. The results show that the addition of Co or Ag could effectively enhance glass-forming ability, thermal stability. The serrated flow is observed in Ce70Al10Cu20 and Ce69Al10Cu20Ag1 alloys at high loading rate. However, Ce69Al10Cu20Co1 alloy exhibits a continuous plastic deformation. An obvious creep displacement is observed during holding-load segment under the maximum load for the three alloys, and the magnitude of creep during holding-load increases with the increase of loading rate.
