中文摘要:对制备的Cu-Cr析出强化型铜合金在电磨损试验机上进行磨损试验,并用扫描电子显微镜观察材料的磨损表面形貌,用能谱仪对其磨损表面主要元素进行分析,然后探讨其磨损机制。结果表明, Cu-Cr合金的磨损率随滑行距离的增加而增加;磨损率随Cr含量的增加而减小,其中Cu-0.65Cr、Cu-0.76Cr合金的磨损率是Cu-0.86Cr合金磨损率的2~3倍;Cu-Cr合金的磨损机制以粘着磨损为主。
英文摘要:The electrical wear behavior of Cu-Cr precipitation strengthened copper alloy was investigated using electrical sliding-wear tester. The worn surface of the alloy was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry (EDS), and its abrasion mechanism was discussed. The results indicate that the wear rate of Cu-Cr alloy increases with the increase of sliding distance. The wear rate of the alloy decreases with the increase of Cr-content. The wear rate of Cu-0.65Cr and Cu-0.76Cr alloy is 2~3 times that of Cu-0.86Cr alloy. The adhesive wear is the dominant wear mechanism during electrical sliding wear.
