中文摘要:研究了原位自生TiCP/Fe、VCP/Fe复合材料常温下在碱和盐两种介质中的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,由于TiC、VC增强颗粒的引入, TiCP/Fe、VCP/Fe复合材料的耐腐蚀性得到提高,其耐腐蚀性能明显优于工程上广泛使用的45钢和HT250,其中VCP/Fe复合材料更为显著。
英文摘要:The corrosion resistance of in-situ TiCP/Fe and VCP/Fe composite in different medium of alkali and salt at room temperature was investigated. The results indicate that the corrosion resistance of the composite improves by the addition of TiC and VC reinforced particulates. The corrosion resistance of these materials is obviously superior to that of 45 steel and HT250 which are widely used in engineering field. The corrosion resistance of VCP/Fe composite is better among them.
