中文摘要:用铜模铸造法成功制备出直径为8 mm的Mg60Cu27Dy13镁基三元块状非晶合金。 利用XRD和DSC等手段对Mg-Cu-Dy合金系的非晶形成能力进行了分析并对其力学性能进行了测定。 结果表明,Mg87-xCuxDy13(x=17,22,27,32)合金具有明显的玻璃转变温度Tg、较宽的过冷液相区ΔTx=Tx-Tg 及较高的约化玻璃转变温度Trg=Tg/Tl , 其中以Mg60Cu27Dy13合金的非晶形成能力最强。该非晶合金的压缩断裂强度(σf)为640 MPa。参数γ与这类合金的非晶形成能力具有良好的对应关系。
英文摘要:Mg60Cu27Dy13 bulk metallic glass (BMG) with ?准8 mm was prepared by copper mould casting. The glass forming ability(GFA) and thermal stability of Mg-Cu-Dy alloys were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the mechanical properties were measured. The results show that Mg87-xCuxDy13(x=17, 22, 27, 32) alloys in Mg-Cu-Dy alloy system exhibit distinct glass transition temperature Tg, large supercooled liquid region ΔTx and high reduced glass transition temperature Trg. Mg60Cu27Dy13 alloy has the largest GFA. And its compressive facture strength (σf) is 640 MPa. Parameter γ shows a relatively good agreement with the GFA of BGMs.
