钛合金表面熔结AlSiCrTi涂层的高温性能

中文摘要:采用无机盐料浆熔烧法在Ti6Al4V钛合金表面制备了AlSiCrTi涂层,利用氧乙炔火焰在大气环境下熔烧涂层,经2000 ℃×10 min熔烧后,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对比分析了AlSiCrTi涂层经熔烧氧化前后的表面和断面形貌,利用能谱仪(EDS)分析了熔烧氧化前后的表面成分变化,利用X射线衍射(XRD)分析了熔烧氧化前后的相结构。结果表明,AlSiCrTi涂层表现出很好的高温抗氧化性能,显著改善了Ti6Al4V钛合金在超高温环境下的使用性能。
英文摘要:The AlSiCrTi coating were prepared on Ti6Al4V titanium alloy surface by slurry roasting process, and the coating was roasted by oxyacetylene blaze at 2000 ℃×10 min in air. The surface morphology, cross section, composition of the coating before and after the oxidization testing were analyzed by SEM, EDS and XRD. The results show that the high-temperature oxidation resistance of Ti6Al4V considerably improves by AlSiCrTi coating.
