中文摘要:利用自行研制的直流脉冲离子渗氮设备对奥氏体不锈钢进行离子渗氮,采用显微硬度计、倒置金相显微镜等手段研究了渗氮温度对奥氏体不锈钢显微硬度、金相组织、耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,通过离子渗氮处理得到的渗层表面硬度均在1150 HV0.05以上,耐磨性能提高4~5倍,低温离子渗氮在提高耐磨性能的同时保持其耐腐蚀性能基本不变。
英文摘要:The ion nitriding of austenitic stainless steel was processed by self-designed DC pulse power equipment. Metallographic structure of the nitriding layers was analyzed by inverted microscope and hardness was measured by micro-hardness tester. The effects of nitriding temperature on hardness, micrographs, wear resistance and causticity of austenitic stainless steel were researched. The results show that the hardness reaches above 1150 HV0.05 by ion nitriding and the wear resistance improves 4~5 times. When low temperature ion nitriding improves the wear resistance, the causticity steadiness doesn't change .
