中文摘要:采用Deform-3D软件对变形体在水平滑动结构ECAP模具内变形行为进行了有限元模拟,重点研究了水平滑块运动速度与挤压杆下行速度之间的比率(v2 /v1)、变形体与模具底部滑动结构之间的摩擦系数对最大挤压载荷和应变的影响规律。结果表明:随着v2 /v1的增加,最大挤压载荷总是呈下降趋势;最大挤压载荷与变形体主要变形区截面等效应变近似呈Boltzman函数规律变化;工件与模具底部滑动结构之间的摩擦系数对最大挤压载荷和应变的影响与v2 /v1值有关。
英文摘要:The finite element dynamic simulation of ECAP with movable bottom was carried out using Deform-3D software, with a special focus on the relationship among maximum pressing load, strain, the ratio of movable bottom sliding velocity to pressing velocity (v2 /v1), as well as the friction coefficient between work-piece and the movable bottom in exit channel. The results show that, with the increase of v 2/v1, the maximum pressing loads always vary in the manner of decreasing; the maximum pressing loads vary with the effective strains according to Boltzman function; the effects of the friction coefficient between workpiece and the movable bottom on maximum pressing load and strain are related to the ratio of v2 /v1.
