中文摘要:将WC-Co纳米粉末加入到E4303焊条药皮中,制备新型耐磨堆焊焊条。对该焊条进行了工艺性试验,并对堆焊层的组织,化学成分及硬度等进行了检验和分析。结果表明:该焊条工艺性良好,堆焊熔敷金属组织中有大量均匀的W碳化物生成,同时Co作为堆焊层的粘结相,可以很好的粘结硬质相和过渡相,使得堆焊的金属层具有较高的抗裂纹萌生和扩展阻力,从而增加了E4303焊条耐磨性,提高其硬度(达30 HRC以上),极大的改善E4303焊条的性能。
英文摘要:The WC-Co nano-powders were added to E4303 electrode drugs skins to make new type of wear-resistant surfacing electrode. The microstructure, chemical composition and hardness of the weld metal were examined and analyzed. The results show that the electrode has good usability and the surfacing deposited metal microstructure has plenty of uniform WC. Using Co as binder phase of the surfacing layer, which can well bond hard phase and transition phase to make surfacing of the metal layer has a high resistance against crack initiation and growth, the wear resistance of the E4303 electrode increases, their hardness (up to above 30 HRC) improves, and the performance of the E4303 electrode greatly improves.
