中文摘要:研究了不同摩擦系数对异型罐胀压成形过程的影响,分析了异型罐简易模型及网格剖分规律。结果表明,随着摩擦系数的增加,成形零件最薄厚度缓慢变大,壁厚最大减薄率逐渐减小;壁厚减薄速率随着胀形载荷的增加逐渐降低,在摩擦系数增加的情况下表现得更加明显。
英文摘要:The effects of friction coefficient on hydraulic expansion of irregular can were investigated, the can simple model and mesh subdivision of the irregular can were analyzed. The results show that, with the increase of friction coefficients, the thinnest wall thicknesses of the forming parts gradually increase, the largest thinning rates of wall thickness gradually decrease; the wall thinning rates gradually decrease with the increase of hydraulic pressures, under the condition of friction coefficient increasing, the performance is more obvious.
