中文摘要:阐述了双锥辊辗压成形的特点及原理。建立了锥齿轮双锥辊辗压成形模型,分析了成形过程中金属变形流动规律以及应力场、应变场、行程载荷的变化及规律,揭示辗压的变形特点。进行了工艺试验,试验结果表明,该工艺能保证齿形充满,而且,成形力较小,温成形外径为?准246 mm的齿轮的成形力约为1400 kN。
英文摘要:The characteristic and principle of twin cone roll forging were introduced. The model of the twin cone rolling spiral bevel gear was built, the metal flow rule, stress field, strain field and stroke-load relation during rolling process were analyzed, and the deformation characteristic was expounded. The technological experiment was finished. The results show that the technology is assurance of full of the spiral tooth and the forming force is smaller. When the spiral bevel gear with ?准246 mm is warmly formed, the forming force is about 1400 kN.
