中文摘要:介绍了大电流MAG焊旋转射流过渡液流束的稳定性,指出液流束自身所具有的压缩不稳定性和螺旋不稳定性,是引起旋转射流过渡的内在因素。分析了焊丝直径对液流束稳定性的影响,指出焊丝直径越细旋转射流过渡的稳定性越强,为实现稳定的旋转射流过渡提供了理论依据。
英文摘要:The stability of liquid metal jet (LMJ) during rotating transfer was discussed. The pinch instability and the twisting instability of LMJ at high current was the immanent factor to cause the rotating transfer. The effect of the wire diameter on rotating transfer was studied. The results show that the smaller the diameter, the more the stability of LMJ.
