中文摘要:薄壁锻压件采用一般锻压方法生产往往存在飞边和连皮。为了解决这一问题,设计了带有活动模芯的精锻模和成形工艺。利用管坯锻成薄壁锻件,实现了薄壁锻件的无飞边无连皮精密锻造。此工艺具有材料利用率高,锻模寿命长,锻件质量好等优点。
英文摘要:A thin-wall forgings produced by common forging method often have flash and skin. In order to solve these problems, the precision forging die with the activity die core and the punch forming process were designed. The thin-wall tube forging without flash and skin was successfully forged by tube blan. This process has a high material utilization rate, long forging die life, good forging quality and so on.
