中文摘要:利用Gleeble-1500热/力模拟实验机,研究了新开发的屈服强度600 MPa级高强钢的相变规律,分析了不同冷却速率对钢组织的影响。结果表明:相变开始温度为488~610 ℃,终止温度为330~472 ℃; 随冷速的提高,相变组织中多边形铁素体和准多边形铁素体的量逐渐减少,而粒状贝氏体的量逐渐增多,直到以粒状贝氏体为主的组织;当冷速达到10 ℃/s后,粒状贝氏体向板条贝氏体过渡,直到全部生成板条贝氏体,且在10~20 ℃/s,组织基本全为板条贝氏体。冷速高于20 ℃/s后则产生较多的马氏体。
英文摘要:The phase transformation law of 600 MPa (yield strength) high strength steel was studied on Gleeble-1500 thermo-simulation machine. The effects of cooling rates on microstructure were analyzed. The results show that the starting temperature of phase transformation is 488~610 ℃and the final temperature of phase transformation is 330~472 ℃. With the increase of cooling rate, polygonal ferrite and standard polygonal ferrite are reducing, granular bainite is increasing until most microstructure becomes granular bainite. Granular bainite is gradually transformed into lath-shaped bainite when the cooling rate is above 10 ℃/s, all microstructure becomes lath-shaped bainite when the cooling rate is from 10 ℃/s to 20 ℃/s, and then most microstructure becomes martensite above cooling rate of 20 ℃/s.
