中文摘要:采用四种加载速率(1、5、10和15 mm/min)对Q235平板试样和圆形试样以及1Cr18Ni9平板试样进行了拉伸试验。结果显示:在此加载速率范围内,Q235的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率基本不受加载速率的影响,而1Cr18Ni9不锈钢的抗拉强度和伸长率呈降低的趋势, 屈服强度则随加载速率的增大而明显地增大。
英文摘要:The tensile properties of Q235 plate and circle sample and 1Cr18Ni9 sample under the loading rate of 1, 5, 10 and 15 mm/min were obtained using an universal test machine. The results show that the mechanical properties of Q235 are not strongly influenced by loading rate, however, the yield strength of 1Cr18Ni9 increases with the enhancement of loading rate, while the tensile strength and elongation decreases.
