含铌船板钢拉伸试验断口分层研究

中文摘要:通过现场取样、加工,并采用光谱仪、硫印检测、扫描电镜、能谱仪以及金相分析对含铌船板钢拉伸试验断口分层的原因进行了系统的分析和研究。 结果表明,含铌船板钢拉伸试验断口分层主要是由疏松、孔洞和微裂纹在拉伸过程中联合、扩大,以及金属铌块在船板钢中心区域聚集直接引起的。 中心偏析、金属铌块在船板中心区域聚集以及组织的异常分布造成了疏松、孔洞和微裂纹的出现。
英文摘要:The specimens were got from working site, and the fracture surface was observed and detected by spectrograph, sulfur print, SEM, EDS and metallographic analysis. The results indicate that the layered fracture of ship plate with Nb during tensile test is caused by the combination and growth of loose, void and microcrack, and the gathering of Nb in the center of the plate. While the central segregation, the gathering of Nb in the center of the plate and the abnormal microstructure distribution leads to the occurence of the loose, void and micro-crack.
