中文摘要:将粗铜粉和石墨粉按不同配比混合后机械合金化,粉末球磨后在1.5 GPa下静压固化。采用扫描电镜观察粉末及固化试样的显微组织,应用XRD对球磨后粉末进行相分析,用阿基米德定律和HXD-1000显微硬度计测定了固化试样的密度和显微硬度。结果表明,粉末颗粒随含碳量的增加、球磨时间的延长而逐渐细化;固化试样的硬度与含碳量和球磨时间有关,硬度随含碳量的增加而降低;当粉末球磨24 h,固化试样的硬度最高。
英文摘要:The powder mixture consisting of Cu and graphite was separately mechanical alloyed by high energy ball milling. After milling, the powders were statically consolidated under the pressure of 1.5 GPa. The microstructure of the powders and consolidated samples were investigated by JSM-5600LV scanning electronic microscope. The phases of the mechanical alloyed composite powders were analyzed by XRD. The density and hardness of the consolidated samples were measured by Archimedes law and HXD-1000 microhardness. The results show that the powder particles are finer with the increase of C content and milling time; the hardness of the consolidated samples decreases with the increase of C content. The hardness comes to a maximum after milling for 24 h.
