中文摘要:利用滑动磨损试验机测试了新型金属-陶瓷耐磨材料的干滑动磨损性能,并与高铬铸铁进行对比,同时研究了该耐磨材料的磨损机理。结果表明,新型金属-陶瓷耐磨材料的耐磨性明显优于高铬铸铁,其磨损机理为应力作用下的显微切削磨损和凿削磨损。
英文摘要:The wear properties of new metal-ceramic wear-resistant materials were tested under dry sliding condition using wear test machine,and the wear resistance was compared with high chromium cast iron, then the wear mechanics was researched. The results show that the wear resistance of the material is much better than high chromium cast iron, the wear mechanics is cutting wear and gouging wear.
