中文摘要:对汽车冷凝器和蒸发器的微弧氧化工艺进行了研究;概述了铝合金微弧氧化技术的研究现状,探讨了其优越性。着重研究微弧氧化的耐蚀性,包括电解液的组成体系研究、添加剂的研究以及电流、电压、频率、氧化时间和温度对铝材的性能影响的研究。通过实验,得出一种理想的电解液组合和优化的电参数,使微弧氧化的耐蚀性最好。
英文摘要:The technology parameters of micro-arc oxidation of condenser and evaporator were researched. Firstly, the study situation of micro-arc oxidation of aluminum alloys and technical advantages were summarized. The corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation was studied, including the constitution of electrolyte and additives. The influences of electric, voltage, frequency, oxidization time and temperature on the performance of aluminum product were also discussed.Finally, the ideal constitution of electrolyte and optimized electrolyte parameters are obtained by the test under the parameters, the corrosion resistance of the micro-arc oxidation is best.
