中文摘要:在以氯化锌、氯化铵复合溶液作为助镀剂的热镀锌工艺中,溶剂中的铁离子是影响镀锌层的表面质量、增加锌耗和产生锌渣的一个重要因素。 目前实际生产中采用的氧化中和 + 过滤法存在效率低、操作繁冗的问题。本文提出了低浓度双氧水氧化中和的除铁方法及具体实施方案,并将该方法应用于实际生产运行,基本除去了助镀剂中的铁离子,经济效益显著。
英文摘要:In hot-dip galvanizing process, which uses double solvents of ZnCl2 and NH4Cl as prefluxing, iron ions in solvent is a key factor which affects the surface quality of galvanizing layer, increases the consumption of zinc and produces zinc dross. Currently, the oxidation and filtration method of removing iron ions has a problem with low efficiency and trouble operation. In this article, a method of low concentration hydrogen peroxide and specific implementation process was proposed. Furthermore, this process is applied in the practical production line, which achieve good effects, the iron ions in prefluxing are removed.
