中文摘要:测量并分析NaOH质量浓度的变化对AZ91D镁合金微弧氧化单位能耗、成膜速率和膜层形貌的影响,提出了降低单位能耗和改善膜层质量的技术措施。结果表明:通过改变NaOH的质量浓度可以降低单位能耗,改善膜层质量。微弧氧化过程中的平均电流密度能控制在2 A/dm2 以下。
英文摘要:The influences of NaOH addition on average power consumption, film deposition rate and image of micro-arc oxidation coating on AZ91D magnesium alloys were studied. And the technical methods for reducing power consumption and improving film quality were also put forward. The results show that the average power consumption can be reduced and the film quality can be improved through altering NaOH addition. The average current density can be controlled at less than 2 A/dm2.
