中文摘要:分别采用常规渗碳和预渗碳加循环渗碳的超饱和渗碳工艺对20CrMnTi钢进行渗碳处理,研究了两种渗碳工艺处理后该合金钢渗碳层的显微组织,并对其硬度及耐磨损性能进行了比较。结果表明:采用预渗碳加循环渗碳这种超饱和渗碳工艺,20CrMnTi钢的渗碳层中形成了大量弥散分布的粒状碳化物,其表面硬度达到1057 HV0.1,耐磨损性能比常规渗碳提高20%。
英文摘要:Two types of carburization process, such as conventional carburized process and supersaturated carburized process (pre-carburization+ cycle carburization) for 20CrMnTi steel, were carried out, respectively. The microstructure of carburization layers was observed, the hardness and abrasion resistance of carburization layers were compared. The results indicate that, after supersaturated carburization, the carburized layer of 20CrMnTi steel contains a great deal of small dispersed carbides; its surface hardness can be up to 1057 HV0.1; and the abrasion resistance is about 20% greater than that of conventional carburization layer.
