中文摘要:对16MnR钢焊接接头进行多次热处理,研究热处理次数对接头强度和微观组织的影响。结果表明,热处理次数对接头抗拉强度影响不大。16MnR钢焊接接头焊缝金属在经过两次以上热处理之后,母材微观组织基本没变,依然是铁素体 + 带状珠光体。焊缝金属、热影响区中的微观组织基本没有变化,但热影响区组织晶粒略有长大趋势。
英文摘要:Multi-heat-treatment of 16MnR steel welded joint was carried out, and its effects on microstructure and strength were investigated. The results show that the times of heat treatment have little effect on the tensile strength. The microstructure of base metal is composed of ferrite and pearlite. The microstructure in weld metal, heat affected zone (HAZ) doesn't change, but the grains in HAZ grow up.
