中文摘要:研究了回火温度对30CrNiWV钢力学性能的影响;针对30CrNiWV钢热轧板开展了TIG和A-TIG焊接工艺试验,并对焊接接头进行了力学性能测试和金相分析。结果表明,在300 ℃左右回火,30CrNiWV钢回火马氏体组织均匀细小,接头强度可达1683 MPa; 采用A-TIG焊接方法,接头强度与基材等强。
英文摘要:The influences of tempering temperature on the mechanical properties of 30CrNiWV steel were studied. The testing of TIG and A-TIG welding process for hot rolled 30CrNiWV was carried out. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints were analysed and measured. The results show that the martensite microstructure of 30CrNiWV steel tempered at 300 ℃ is uniform and fine, the joint strength is up to 1683 MPa; using A-TIG welding method, the joint strength is equal to the base metal.
