中文摘要:研究了40CrNi2Mo钢经不同工艺热处理后,再对其表面进行中频淬火并测定其组织及性能。结果表明,以调质工艺为基本工艺并对其表面进行中频淬火后,40CrNi2Mo钢表面的组织为均匀细小的马氏体,强度和耐磨性显著提高,心部组织为回火索氏体,并呈弥散分布,塑韧性没有明显下降,从而提高了40CrNi2Mo钢表面的耐磨性、疲劳抗力和承载能力,使40CrNi2Mo钢具有良好的综合力学性能。
英文摘要:The different pre-heat treatment processes for 40CrNi2Mo steel were carried out, then the microstructure and properties of the steel after medium frequency induction hardening were studied. The results show that, after quenching and tempering process, then using medium frequency induction hardening process, the surface of 40CrNi2Mo steel generates uniform and small martensite, the strength and wear resistance significantly increases, the core of circle tracks generates dispersed temperingsorbite, the decrease of plastic and toughness is no significant, which by increases wear resistance, fatigue resistance and load capacity of 40CrNi2Mo steel, and makes it has good comprehensive mechanical properties.
