中文摘要:对开裂的TA15钛合金管材进行宏观检查,观察裂纹打开断口的宏微观形貌;对金相组织进行了研究,确定了该钛合金管材的失效模式,并对其开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:TA15钛合金管材表面裂纹的产生,是由内表面局部短时超温形成的花斑和表面存在的残余拉应力的共同作用导致的。 由于花斑的形成主要与热加工工艺过程中内表面的摩擦生热有关,所以在零件设计时应考虑钛合金零件设计的通用原则。
英文摘要:The cracking TA15 titanium alloy pipes was macro-examined, the macrography and morphology of the cracking fractures were observed, the microstructure was studied, the failure mode was determined, and the cracking reason was analyzed. The results show that the local short-term overtemperature on inner surface leads to the formation of anthophaein and the residual stress exists on it, whose effects cause cracking occurrence on the surface of TA15 titanium alloy pipe. The formation of anthophaein is related to friction heating on inner surface during hot-working technology, so the general principles should be considered in the design of titanium alloy parts.
