中文摘要:利用有限元软件模拟计算了抛丸机护板淬火空冷过程中温度场的变化,计算时考虑了非线性的材料比热容、热导率的影响。结果显示,在空冷过程中护板各部温度分布不同,平板边缘降温速率大于其他部位,在护板不同部位存在温度差。研究结果有助于抛丸机护板热处理工艺的制订及淬火应力的分析。
英文摘要: The temperature field of guard plate in shot blasting machine during air cooling was simulated and calculated by finite element software, and in which the influences of nonlinear physical property parameters, such as specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity, were taken into account. The results show that the temperature distribution along the different parts in guard plate is not uniform during air cooling, and the speed of temperature decreasing at edge area is bigger than that in other area in guard plate during air cooling. The study results are helpful to design of heat treatment process and analysis of quenching stress.
