中文摘要: 通过金相观察、扫描电镜、透射电镜、力学性能测试研究了铸造方法和喷射成形方法对高强铝合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。 结果表明,采用喷射成形法制备合金可克服铸造法制备合金的缺点,所得合金微观组织均匀,晶粒细小,无明显微观和宏观偏析。 经挤压后基体组织细小均匀,第二相颗粒大小一致。经适当热处理后,合金综合性能较好。
英文摘要:The effects of preparation process (casting method and spray deposition) on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr alloy were investigated by tensile test, OM and SEM observation. The results show that the preparation of the alloy with spray deposition overcomes the shortcoming produced by preparation with casting method. The main structure is fine and homogeneous in the alloy prepared by spray deposition. By suitable heating treatment, the combination properties of the alloy are best.
