中文摘要: 采用复合变质方法对ZL114A合金进行变质处理,研究其组织性能的变化。结果表明,复合变质后合金T6态的共晶硅已几乎全部呈粒状或球状,颗粒圆整度大幅提高;力学性能明显改善,σb达到360 MPa, δs达到6%以上。
英文摘要:The ZL114A alloy(state T6) was modified by means of compound modification method and its microstructure and properties was studied. The results show that the eutectic-silicon in T6 state is almost granular or ball. The roundness of particle increases greatly after compound modification and the mechanical properties improve obviously: σb is 350 MPa, δs is more than 6%.
