中文摘要:采用自制的机械振动装置,研究振动频率和浇注温度对ZL201铝合金凝固组织的影响。结果表明:采用机械振动工艺可以使ZL201铝合金获得细小的等轴晶凝固组织。随着浇注温度的逐渐降低,ZL201铝合金凝固组织逐渐得到细化,晶粒尺寸越来越小,而且非常均匀。振动频率的增加有利于ZL201铝合金等轴晶组织的细化。当振动频率为20 Hz时,达到共振,振幅最大,晶粒尺寸最细小均匀。
英文摘要:The effects of vibration frequency and pouring temperature on the microstructure of ZL201 alloy were studied. The results show that the fine equiaxed grain of ZL201 alloy is obtained by mechanical vibration. The grains size becomes small and homogeneous with the decrease of pouring temperature. The increase of vibration frequency is helpful to refine the equiaxed grain. When the vibration frequency is 20 Hz, the resonance vibration exists, the amplitude is maximum, the finest and most homogeneous grains can be achieved.
