中文摘要:双金属管是由两种不同金属管构成的复合管。采用挤压成形加工方法制备双金属复合管,研究了影响双金属管挤压成形的因素,并用扫描电子显微镜分析了不锈钢/铝、铜/铝界面微区状态,为探索一条高效、性优的双金属管复合生产工艺提供依据。
英文摘要:Bimetal composite pipe is composed of two different metal pipes. The metal-lined pipe was prepared by extrusion processing methods and its influencing factors were studied. Scanning electron microscopy was employed to analyze interface micro-area status of stainless steel / aluminum and copper / aluminum. It provides a base for exploring a simple, practical and efficient production process for bimetal pipe.
