中文摘要:介绍了利用低碳TMCP工艺开发F36高强船板钢的主要技术思路和工艺路线。通过低碳、微合金化的成分设计方案、控制钢水纯净度、采用合理的两阶段控制轧制及控制冷却工艺,得到钢质纯净、组织细化的F36高强船板钢,各项力学性能良好。产品质量完全符合GB712-2000,并达到船级社生产认证要求水平。
英文摘要:The technology and process of F36 hull plate by TMCP were introduced. Through the design of low-carbon, micro-alloying, improving steel's purity, using reasonable two-stage controlled rolling and cooling, the F36 hull plate with good purity and fine microstructure is obtained, all mechanical properties are very good. The product quality of F36 hull plate fully conforms to the requirement of GB712-2000 and meets the certification demand of nine-country classification societies
