中文摘要:通过金相、扫描电镜分析和冲击、拉伸等实验方法,研究了铈对含砷H13钢的强度、硬度、塑性和冲击韧度等力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,砷含量过高,明显降低材料的塑性和韧性。固溶于H13钢中的铈能抑制晶粒的长大,降低砷对钢材性能的危害,改善钢的塑性和韧度。
英文摘要:The influences of cerium on the strength, hardness, plasticity, impact toughness and other mechanical properties of H13 steel containing arsenic were investigated by optical microscopy, SEM, tension test and impact test. The results show that arsenic can obviously reduce the plasticity and tenacity of the H13 steel, when its content is excessive. The cerium dissolved in H13 steel can inhibit the growth of grain, reduce the hazards of arsenic on performance of the steel, and improve the plasticity and impact toughness.
