中文摘要:用水玻璃作为粘结剂制备了SiC颗粒混杂鳞片Gr预制型坯,并利用气压浸渗工艺成功制备了高达80vol%的高体积分数SiC/Gr/Al混杂复合材料。 并对制备的复合材料进行显微组织观察和热膨胀性能分析。结果表明, 在一定的配比下SiC与Gr分布均匀, 组织良好; 复合材料的热膨胀系数呈较明显的各向异性, 沿石墨层方向可达7 × 10-6 /K。
英文摘要:The preform of SiC particle mixed with graphite flakes was bonded by water glass and then the SiC/Gr/Al hybrid composite with high volume fraction (80%) was fabricated by pressure infiltration process. The microstructure and thermal expansion property of the composite were observed and analyzed. The results show that, SiC particles and graphite flakes uniformly distribute in a certain ratio; the thermal expansion coefficient of the composite shows apparent anisotropy, which can reach 7 × 10-6 /K along the plane.
