中文摘要:以20 g钢为基体,采用超音速电弧喷涂技术制备LX88A涂层,通过扫描电镜、热震试验、结合强度试验、显微硬度试验、孔隙率检测和冲蚀磨损试验等方法研究了涂层的性能。结果表明,超音速电弧喷涂LX88A涂层具有良好的抗冲刷磨损性能,是一种经济有效的石油矿场机械防冲蚀涂层。
英文摘要:LX88A coating was prepared on 20 g steel substance by supersonic arc spraying. The coating properties were studied by SEM, thermal shock test, bonding strength test, micro-hardness test, determination of porosity and erosion wear test. The results show that the LX88A coating has excellent erosion wear resistance, which is an economical and effective erosion wear resistance coating for oil field mechanical equipment.
