中文摘要:采用金相观察、差热分析(DTA)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)研究了均匀化温度和保温时间对高品质6061铝合金中第二相的影响规律。 结果表明, 均匀化过程中Mg2Si在560 ℃× 9 h已经完全回溶,而α(Al8Fe2Si)相和β(Al5FeSi)相在560 ℃× 24 h仍未发生回溶,升高均匀化温度,经600 ℃× 9 h均匀化,铝合金已经发生过烧,而AlFeSi相仍不发生回溶,说明其在均匀化过程中是不发生回溶的。6061铝合金适宜的均匀化工艺为560 ℃× 9 h。
英文摘要:The effects of homogenization temperature and holding time on the second phase of high quality 6061 aluminum alloy were investigated by optical microscopy(OM), DTA analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrum (EDS). The results show that Mg2Si fully dissolves into matrix when the homogenization condition is 560 ℃× 9 h, while the α-Al8Fe2Si phase and β-Al5FeSi phase can't dissolve into matrix even the homogenization condition is 560 ℃× 24 h. The aluminum is overburnt and the AlFeSi phase can also dissolve into matrix when the homogenization condition is 600 ℃× 9 h, which show that the Al5FeSi phase dissolves in the homogenization process. The proper homogenization condition process for 6061 aluminum alloy is 560 ℃× 9 h.
