中文摘要:研究了回火温度对1Cr12Ni2WMoVNbN钢组织与性能的影响以及高温长期时效后组织与性能的变化。结果表明:1Cr12Ni2WMoVNbN钢的回火脆性区在500 ℃左右;由于钢中含有Ni、W、Mo和V等合金元素,增强了其回火稳定性,在690 ℃以下回火时,组织中以回火马氏体为主;1Cr12Ni2WMoVNbN钢经淬火、回火,在650 ℃保温1000 h后,同未经长期时效的相比,其抗拉强度和屈服强度分别下降了8.2%和9.4%,而在500 ℃保温1000 h后,两者基本没有变化。
英文摘要:The effects of tempering temperature on microstructure and properties of 1Cr12Ni2WMoVNbN steel after long time aging at high temperature were studied. The results show that the tempering brittleness occurs at about 500 ℃. And because of Ni, W, Mo and V involved, the tempering stability of the steel enhances. When it is tempered at 690 ℃, the main microstructure is tempered martensite. Processed through quenched and tempered, after treated at 650 ℃ for 1000 h, the tensile strength and yield strength decrease by 8.2% and 9.4% respectively compared with those of no aging. But after treated at 500 ℃ for 1000 h, the strength does not change at all.
