坦克履带销表面残余应力分析

中文摘要:用X射线应力测量仪分别测定了坦克履带销经滚压、喷丸和滚压加喷丸三种表面强化后的表面残余应力。结果表明,滚压后履带销的表面残余压应力在轴向和切向均较其他二者大,故在这三种工艺中,滚压应是坦克履带销的最佳表面强化工艺。滚压后再喷丸显著降低工件的表面残余压应力。
英文摘要:The surface residual stresses of tank pins after strengthened by rolling, shot peening or rolling plus shot peening were measured by X-ray stress measurer, respectively. The results show that, the axial and tangential surface residual stress of the rolled pins is higher than that of the others. So among the three kinds of technologies, rolling is the best way for surface strengthening of tank track pins. The surface residual stresses of the rolled workpieces can be reduced remarkably by shot peening.
