中文摘要:利用Deform-2D仿真软件,研究了锻造工艺对机轮轮毂锻件微观组织的影响,并用实验进行了验证。研究结果表明,热模锻时,提高模具温度在细化锻件晶粒方面效果显著,特别是当温度高于420 ℃后;采用坯料、模具温度均为450 ℃,成形速度为0.1 mm/s的等温模锻工艺成形机轮轮毂,锻件形变均匀,晶粒细小均匀,再结晶充分。仿真结果与实验结果基本符合。
英文摘要:The effect of forging technology on microstructure of aluminum alloy wheel-hub was studied with Deform-2D simulation software, and the results were verified by experiment. The results show that, in hot die forging, increasing the die temperature obviously refines grain, especially when the temperature is higher than 420 ℃; in the isothermal forging process, when the die and the billet temperature is 450 ℃ and compaction velocity is 0.1 mm/s, the forgings with uniform fine grain and uniform deformation are obtained. The simulation results are generally consistent with the experimental results.
