中文摘要:对真空压铸模的排气理论进行了分析研究,在此基础上设计并分析摩托车轮毂模具的齿形和直通两种典型排气道结构。研究表明:直通排气道与齿形排气道相比具有截面积大,气体流动速度快,型腔内能快速达到要求的真空度等特点。因此,直通排气通道更利于获得高质量真空压铸件。
英文摘要:The exhaust theory in vacuum die-casting die was analyzed, based on this, the two exhausting ways, zigzag exhaust and straight exhaust in the die of moto hub were devised. The results show that the straight exhausting is better than the zigzag exhausting, the former can get high quality castings because its cross section area is larger than the latter, and its airflow rate is bigger than the latter, so the cavity can faster get the requested vacuum degree.
