中文摘要:研究了电磁泵升液管用粘土结合碳化硅材料在高温铝液中的抗铝液侵蚀性能,用XRD分析试样侵蚀层的相组成,用扫描电子显微镜观察试样侵蚀层的显微结构。结果表明:随铝液温度的提高,碳化硅材料抗铝液侵蚀能力显著降低。随侵蚀时间增长,侵蚀层厚度增加。铝液对粘土结合碳化硅侵蚀属于晶间腐蚀。
英文摘要:The corrosion resistance of clay-bonded SiC for the lift tube of electromagnetic pump in molten Al was studied. The phase composition and microstructure of corrosion layer of the attacked specimen was examined by SEM and XRD. The results show that the anti-erosion ability significantly decreases with the increase of temperature of molten Al. The thickness of corrosion layer significantly increases with the increase of corrosion time. The corrosion of clay-bonded SiC is grain boundary erosion.
