英文摘要:Aiming at characteristics of large dimensions, uneven wall thickness and complex structure of ZL205A frame castings, a unique sand mold casting system with differential pressure was adopted, which made the inner stress distribution of the castings uniform, effectively controlled the frame castings shrinkage and deformation defects, and solved the difficulty of filling mould.
