中文摘要：选用高铬刚玉为耐火骨料，酚醛树脂和PVB为粘结剂，确定了高铬钢铸件V法醇基涂料的最佳配比，考察了涂料的多种性能，并进行了生产验证。结果表明，该涂料性能优良、成本低廉，有广泛的推广价值。
英文摘要：Taking high chromium corundum as refractory & aggregating material, and phenol resin and PVB as bonding agent, the optimum ratio of alcohol based coating prepared by V process was definited. The multi-properties of the coating were validated in production. The results show that the coating material has good property and low cost, therefore it has the valve for itself to be widely popular.
