中文摘要:通过数值模拟和试验研究了不同铸轧速度下铅板连续铸轧过程的温度场和铸轧带坯的微观组织。结果表明:铸轧速度太慢时铸嘴容易被堵塞、拉伤,铸轧难以顺利进行,无法实现正常生产;铸轧速度太快时容易出现“热带”,铸轧的连续性难以得到保证,铸轧带坯组织为铸造组织。可行的铸轧速度为1.0~1.4 m/min。当铸轧速度为1.4 m/min时,铅板带坯晶粒大小均匀,微观组织和板带性能最好。
英文摘要:The temperature field of continuous cast-rolling and the microstructure of lead strip at different rolling speeds were investigated by numerical simulation and experiment, respectively. The results show that, when the rolling speed is too slow, the nozzle is easy to be blocked and damaged, then the cast-rolling is difficult to be continued and the regular production can not be achieved; when the rolling speed is too fast, it is likely to produce “overheating zone” phenomena, the continuity of cast-rolling is difficult to be guaranteed and the microstructure of cast-rolling strip is cast structure in fact. The viable rolling speed is 1.0~1.4 m/min. When the rolling speed is 1.4 m/min, the grain size is uniform, the microstructure and property of lead strip are best.
