中文摘要:通过数值模拟,研究了弧形顶板模具结构工艺中激光拼焊板回弹问题的几个关键控制因素:补偿角、托板力和凸凹模间隙等对其弯曲回弹的影响。结果表明,在不同补偿角、托板力和模具间隙的影响下,激光拼焊板具有与光板一致的回弹规律。因此,在设计模具时可以预先在模具结构及工件部位尺寸上采取措施,对激光拼焊板的回弹进行补偿。
英文摘要:The several key control factors of laser tailored blanks springback in curved roof mold structure process were studied by numerical simulation, including compensation angle, pallets power, punch and die clearance, etc. The results show that under different types of compensation angle, pallets power and die gap, the bending springback rules of the tailored blanks are in line with the light board. Some measures can be used in the mold structure and workpiece size in advance, when designing the mold, which can provide compensates for the springback of laser tailor-welded blanks.
