中文摘要:圆柱直齿轮冷锻成形载荷较大,制约了其在工业上的应用。以摩擦系数、凹模圆角半径、分流孔径、成形速度为工艺参数,基于径向分流原理,利用浮动凹模工艺对圆柱直齿轮冷锻成形过程进行数值模拟分析,得到了各工艺参数对冷锻成形载荷的影响规律。模拟结果显示,摩擦系数和分流孔径对成形载荷的降低影响大,而凹模圆角半径和成形速度的影响并不明显。
英文摘要:The great forming load exists in the cold forging of spur gears, the application of this process in industry was restricted. Taking friction coefficient, fillet radius of die tooth root, diameter of divided hole and forming speed as process parameters, based on the theory of radial divided-flow and the process of floating-die, the cold forging of spur gears was numerically simulated, the rule that the process parameters affected the forming load was got. The simulation results show that the effects of friction coefficient and diameter of divided hole on the load are greater, while the effects of fillet radius of die tooth root and forming speed aren't evident.
